In Crimea, rolling blackouts were explained by “abnormal heat.” In several cities of the occupied peninsula, temporary electricity supply schedules were introduced. Trolleybuses stopped operating in Sevastopol.
The day before, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced a night attack by drones on some regions and occupied Crimea.
