As the economic armor system does not follow clear rules and procedures, business in Ukraine don't stumble on the boundaries visionary Therefore, the decision is that the armor needs to be balanced as much as possible, and the main thing is fair for the sake of critically important enterprises.
This was stated by the head of the committee for the nutrition of the organization of sovereign power, local self-government, and regional development and location, student of the “Servant of the People” party Olena Shulyak, RBC-Ukraine reports from messages sent to her.
Senior committees will explore all possible options, otherwise business will be more active in reaching these processes.
“The Economic Committee is fighting for the highest level of nutrition like a lion. On the right, the problem is complex and a political solution is needed. but very carefully,” said Shulyak.
The parliamentarian stressed that the problem is that the business community does not have a clear understanding of how armor is required and for whom this option is available and for whom it is not. Therefore, it is important for companies to take clear decisions and, obviously, to adapt all their processes and begin to work in a way that is simply impossible at once.
Shulyak explained that business intelligence is voiced by a number of the most common problematic issues in armoring. First of all, the armor of private entrepreneurs is intractable. In other words, the terms “armor” have no meaning, unless it is understood that the activities take place after the completion of the 6-month period of “armor”. For example, whether it is necessary to submit documents for re-armoring, or to re-armor from scratch, or whether health workers will be required to apply for mobilization. Thirdly, additional risks make it possible to armor no more than 50% of the total number of military personnel.
Many companies do not submit lists for armoring through military Any healthcare workers are being mobilized. On the fourth, I will review reservation requests. For example, companies can check documents from the Ministry of Defense for up to 5-6 months, in which case, the smallest amendment in the package of documents for armor means the verification of these documents without any explanation. Apparently, business has a lot of things that need to be corrected.
At the same time, the People's Deputy guessed that from the beginning of the herb there was a regulation to automatically extend all reservations for a month. This mechanism was already introduced during the transition period to establish CMU No. 76, which regulates armoring procedures, and then repeated three more times. This can be one of the available options, as long as all the problematic issues are not resolved.
