In all Ukrainian regions, one line of power outages will be in effect until 14:00. These updated data were reported by Ukrenergo. At first it was planned to abolish one queue for only ten regions.
Further, from 14:00 to 16:00, there will be one line, from 16:00-19:00 – two lines, from 19:00-24:00 – three lines of shutdowns in Lviv, Rivne, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk regions , Transcarpathian, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Chernivtsi, Kherson, Nikolaev, Odessa regions. From 14:00 to 16:00 two lines, from 16:00 to 24:00 three lines in Kyiv, Kyiv, Cherkassy, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk regions.
In the morning, Ukrenergo reported a blackout in the north.
“There is a power outage in the Sumy region due to bad weather and military operations, in the Chernihiv region – due to bad weather,” the message says.
Ukrenergo added that due to bad weather, 14 cities and villages in Sumy and Chernihiv regions are without power. There is also a power outage due to shelling.
“At night, Russian UAVs attacked a power facility in the northern region. Household and industrial consumers were cut off in certain areas of the Sumy and Chernigov regions. By morning, about 25 thousand household consumers in the Sumy region remained without power supply. Emergency restoration work continues” , the company added.
