The Ombudsman noted that such encryption provides an additional level of security and helps to avoid possible risks. It is impossible to decipher such information, so representatives of the occupation authorities will not be able to identify who this person is.
Thus, applicants from the WTO can be calm in the process of admission to Ukrainian institutions of higher education.
