As of now, Ukraine has won 3 medals at the Paris Olympics: gold in team fencing, silver for Serhiy Kulish in shooting and bronze for Kharlan in individual sabre fencing.
Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that as of 22:00, 102 combat clashes have occurred since the beginning of this day. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting effective fire damage on them, exhausting them along the entire front line. The enemy is most actively advancing in the Pokrovsk direction. The Russian invaders carried out three strikes with six missiles and 49 airstrikes on Ukrainian territory, dropping 62 KABs. In addition, they deployed 542 kamikaze drones for destruction and carried out more than 3,500 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas.
In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked Ukrainian troops 16 times near Zheleznoye, Toretskoye, New York and Severnoye.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of this day, 34 battles have been fought near populated areas, in particular, Panteleimonovka, Vozdvizhenka, Ivanovka, Zhelanne, Novoselovka Pervaya, Kalinovoye, Mezhevo and Yasnobrodovka.

The General Staff also reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a submarine and an S-400 anti-aircraft missile system of the enemy located in occupied Crimea.
“According to confirmed information, yesterday, units of the missile forces, in cooperation with units of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, significantly damaged four launchers of the Triumf SAM system,” the report says.
Also in the port of Sevastopol, the submarine of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation “Rostov-on-Don” was successfully hit. As a result of the hit, the submarine sank on the spot.
As a result of the repeated strike on the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region, at least one person was killed and two more were wounded, the head of the Donetsk OVA Vadim Filashkin reported.
“This is already the second attack on the city today. This time, the Russians hit the private sector: one house was destroyed, several more were damaged,” he reported.
Vadim Filashkin once again called on the local population to evacuate from frontline settlements.
In the Kherson region, Russian military attacked a child and an ambulance crew from a drone, OVA head Alexander Prokudin reported late in the evening on August 3.

“An hour ago in Belozerka, the occupiers dropped a munition from a UAV on a 12-year-old boy who was on the street. He received an explosive injury and concussion, as well as a wound to the leg and stomach. He was hospitalized in a moderate condition,” Prokudin wrote.
He also reported that three people were hit by an enemy drone in Antonovka. These are men aged 28, 39 and 41. The victims suffered explosive injuries and multiple wounds.
When medics arrived at the scene, the occupiers struck again, using a drone. A car was damaged. The medical team was not injured.
No power outages will be applied tomorrow, Ukrenergo reported.
Citizens are asked to use powerful electrical appliances from 11:00 to 15:00, if possible.
