Russian occupiers continue to withhold salaries of public sector workers in Luhansk

“In the temporarily occupied Luhansk, 16 drivers of a local municipal enterprise have not received at least one and a half million Russian rubles in salaries to date,” the report says.

The National Resistance Center emphasized that non-payment and arrears of wages here are systemic and have been going on since March last year. This, in turn, has led to a critical shortage of public transport drivers in occupied Luhansk.
In addition, there is a problem with public transport drivers in temporarily occupied Donetsk. Here, barely a third of buses, trolleybuses and trams go out on the line.
