There are no plans to increase utility tariffs at Veresna. There will also be no changes to the rules for withdrawing subsidies, but in the next few cases, households will be required to update their tributes. Light, gas and water. How much do you need to pay
The government in Ukraine will continue the moratorium on the reduction of low utility tariffs through the war. Let's talk about heating, gas and hot water. The range of housing and communal services services has not been fixed and is subject to change; no progress is planned for spring 2024.
Electricity
The new tariffs for light were revised on the 1st of 2024. The amount of payments increased significantly: from 2.64 UAH/kW-year to 4.32 UAH/kW-year. One of the reasons is the need to update the energy system, which has collapsed due to Russian attacks.
In the spring of 2024, the electricity tariff for everyday workers will be reduced to 4.32 UAH/kW-year. The two-zone treatment allows you to save money, even from 23:00 to 07:00 the tariff is twice as low – 2.16 UAH/kW-year.
Gas supply
The majority of households in Ukraine benefit from the services of Naftogaz and the “Fixation” tariff, which was yesterday extended until the 30th quarter of 2025.
Varity of gas supply services for the designated tariff it was set at 7.96 UAH/cub.m. Other postal owners offer a capacity of up to 9.9 UAH/cubic m.

Before that, the Cabinet of Ministers recently confirmed the unchanged gas tariffs for household workers and heat generators for the population until the coming spring.
As stated by the prime minister -Minister Denis Shmigal, the decision has been made until the end of the current shutdown season.
The water is cold
The availability of cold water supply and water supply services is being lost at the pre-war level in most parts of Ukraine. The National Commission, which currently regulates the energy and utilities sector (NCREKP), was trying to confirm new prices at the end of 2022, but through criticism of the authorities, the problems were not far off.
In this case, water utilities can raise subscription fees for services, and in small towns and villages the tariffs are consistent with the local authorities, so water prices can increase.
The remaining month of the non-fuel season. What will happen with subsidies?
Most subsidies will automatically remove government compensation for housing and utility services. During the remaining month of the non-heating season, there is no need to apply for re-recognized subsidies for the winter period.
As the Pension Fund was informed, it will withdraw subsidies from the beginning of 2024 assigned automatically until April 30, 2025.
If you set the subsidy amount to be 0.00 UAH, then at the start of the burning season you will have to worry about the increase in payments (through the appearance of heat supply services).

It is important to note that the central financial institutions of Ukraine have an automatic reshuffling of subsidies for households whose average monthly aggregate income has changed or increased by over 50%. During the breakdown, the data on income for the 1st and 2nd quarters of the current year were aligned with the data for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2023.
To whom should you pay your pension in the future
All planned increases and indexation of pensions in Ukraine for this period have already been completed. For low-category pensioners, you can withhold additional payments for retirement and after the retirement period on an individual basis.
In the spring of 2024, the pension will be extended for the retirement period, the supplements will be withdrawn individuals who received 70 fates (300 UAH weekly), 75 rocks (456 UAH monthly) and 80 rocks (570 UAH monthly).
