They have gone over to the enemy side and are working in the so-called “Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Oleshkovsky District” in the occupied part of the Kherson region.

While in the ranks of the so-called “department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Oleshkovsky district”, the defendants kidnap local residents and imprison them in Russian dungeons. In the dungeons, the victims are subjected to numerous tortures, including the use of electric current. Also, prisoners are left in punishment cells for a long time without food and water.
The enemy's henchmen, together with the Russians, plunder the houses of the kidnapped people under the guise of searches. During such raids, they take the property of the victims: cars, office equipment, furniture and household appliances.
Another task of the traitors was to protect Russian “election commissions” and provide armed support for enemy agitators during the pseudo-referendum.

SBU investigators have in absentia notified all collaborators who acted as part of the criminal organization of suspicion:

The defendants are suspected under eight articles of the Criminal Code: 255 (creation, management of a criminal organization, as well as participation in it; 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine); 111-1 (collaboration activities)) ( torture), 146 (illegal deprivation of liberty or kidnapping of a person); are hiding on the temporarily captured left bank of the Kherson region, comprehensive measures are ongoing to find and punish them.
