Regulation of the registration and use of vehicles recognized as humanitarian aid, the final purchasers of which are military personnel, has been established.

This was reported by the permanent representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.
“Amendments have been made to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine resolutions dated 09.10.2020 N 927 “Some issues of organizing the maintenance of an automated system for registering humanitarian aid” and dated 10.05.2022 N 584 “On training drivers and state registration of vehicles during martial law in Ukraine” in order to ensure the implementation of the provisions of Law of Ukraine N 3448-IX “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on the Import, Registration, Distribution of Humanitarian Aid, Features of Taxation of Relevant Transactions and Reporting,” Melnychuk wrote in a telegram.
In particular, the issues of registration and use of vehicles recognized as humanitarian aid, the end purchasers of which are military personnel, were regulated. Now such vehicles will be temporarily registered with the state. an act of acceptance and transfer of a vehicle that is humanitarian aid, a declaration of goods recognized as humanitarian aid, documents of a military man confirming his service in military formations;
