On November 1, Russians attacked law enforcement officers in Kharkiv.
This was stated by the head of the National Police Ivan Vyhovsky.

“Today, the Russian enemy targeted the police station in the center of Kharkiv with two missiles – as a result of the attack, a policeman was killed, another 26 police officers and four civilians were injured,” Vyhovsky said.
He added that the deceased was police colonel Andriy Matviyenko.
Police officers are working at the scene, providing assistance at the impact site and documenting another war crime by the Russians.
The National Police added that the enemy had previously used S-300 missiles. They arrived at 16:05. Administrative buildings and nearby buildings were damaged.
