Four methamphetamine criminals associated with the “Dvadtsatovski” group have been exposed in Kryvyi Rih. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, since August 2023, two criminal organizations have been operating in Kryvyi Rih under the leadership of local residents, who attracted their acquaintances to the illegal business.
The suspects assigned roles in advance: they purchased methamphetamine, transported it to their homes, and then packaged it into “doses” for sale.
The gang leaders controlled the entire process, defining roles for each participant. The “seniors” were responsible for drug deliveries, the “operators” communicated with clients, and the “dealers” directly sold methamphetamine both hand to hand and through chat bots in messengers.
At the end of the “work shift”, the dealers reported to the “seniors” about the remaining psychotropic substance and the money they had earned.
According to estimates, the monthly profit from illegal activities amounted to almost UAH 9 million.
During 87 searches, slip-packages with cannabis and methamphetamine, drug packaging equipment, electronic scales, weapons, as well as draft notes, phones, bank cards, flash drives and almost 1 million hryvnia in different currencies were seized.
Law enforcement officers blocked a cocaine supply channel from Europe with a monthly turnover of more than 5 million UAH
The total value of the seized drugs on the black market is estimated at almost 2 million UAH.
Law enforcement officers detained all suspects. They were chosen as preventive measures in the form of detention without the right to bail. The issue of arresting the seized property is being decided.
The Prosecutor General's Office recalled that in Krivoy Rog in 2022-2023, a criminal organization operated, which included several groups involved in the illegal production and sale of psychotropic substances throughout Ukraine. Earlier, indictments were sent to court against more than 50 members of the “Dvadtsatovski” group.
