Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov reported a Russian attack using guided aerial bombs.
The strikes targeted historical buildings in the center of Kharkiv, as well as the Saltovsky district. As a result of the strike, a 12-story residential building was damaged, and several floors were destroyed.
As of 4 a.m., there are people under the rubble, and a fire is burning. According to the mayor, a rescue and search operation has been launched.
