More than 600 servicemen >Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogorenko spoke about the first day of the new function in Army+, Obshchestvennoye reports.
“As of now, 610 completed, signed and sent reports have been registered in the system. We consider this an active rate of requests from servicemen and hope that this function will become popular,” Chernogorenko said.

The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization also noted that more than 130 thousand citizens took advantage of the opportunity to apply for deferments from service in the Reserve+.
- On November 15, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched an experiment with a simplified transfer system. Electronic reports can be submitted through the Army+ application, they will be sent directly to the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- The report must be checked within 72 hours. And if all the documents are in order and the conditions are met, the Personnel Center must prepare an order within a week and submit it to the commander-in-chief for signature. The person submitting the report must also receive a response. This is how the transfer procedure is launched. They give about a month to execute the order.
