It is called “Unity in Restoration”: Restoring housing and infrastructure for families affected by the war in eastern Ukraine.” The project is being implemented by Caritas Ukraine in cooperation with the international humanitarian organization Catholic Relief Service.
The goal of the project is to help repair houses and certain social infrastructure facilities damaged by the war. In total, they plan to repair housing for more than 250 families. Residents of Sumy can join the program. It will soon extend to Shostka, Trostyanets, Akhtyrska and other communities in the region that are located no closer than 20 kilometers from the border.
