The Russians have been shelling Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region all day on November 19, in particular, from multiple launch rocket systems.
This was reported by the head of the OVA Oleg Sinegubov.
According to him, private houses were destroyed, multi-story buildings and a civilian enterprise were damaged due to the shelling. There are wounded.
“Two women, aged 59 and 47, were wounded. All emergency services are working on the ground,” – added the head of the region.
