According to the Air Force, the enemy could have launched Kh-101 cruise missiles from Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the territory of the Saratov region of the Russian Federation. Earlier, an air raid alert was issued throughout Ukraine due to the takeoff of a MiG-31K aircraft. Monitoring channels also reported a ballistic threat. Explosions were heard in Dnepr.
