Law enforcement officials informed Russian General Yevgen in absentia about the suspicion Nikiforov. He ordered to hit the drama theater near Chernigov with an Iskander.

“The Security Service and the Prosecutor's Office collected evidence of military atrocities on the side of the Russian Colonel General Yevgen Nikiforov – commander of the grouped military “Zakhid” of the armored forces of the Russian Federation”, – is with the information.
On the basis of the collected evidence, the Security Services informed in absentia Nikiforova about suspicion for Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of laws and war, combined with deliberate killing).
Missile attack on the drama theater near Chernigov
19 September 2023 on the orders of the Russian general Nikiforov’s occupiers hit the drama theater named after Taras Shevchenko near Chernigov.
During the hour of the initial attack, the enemy blocked a missile to the Iskander-M complex, which was launched from the territory of the Kursk region. Then seven people died, among them a six-year-old child.
Another 200 people were recovering from injuries of varying degrees of severity. A large number of dead and injured were associated with the fact that a missile strike fell on the center of the place.
