Names of Russian athletes and cyber sportsmen supporting the war and raising money for the Russian army have been published

<p>The “War & Sanctions” portal has published another list of Russian athletes, e-sportsmen and sports functionaries who support Russia's criminal policies and raise aid for the occupation forces in Ukraine. At the same time, they remain members of the global sports community and even sit on the governing bodies of international federations.</p>

<p>Among them:</p>
<p><b>Pavel Bure</b> – Russian hockey player, friend of Vladimir Putin, who repeatedly supported him in the so-called elections to promote the cult of the Russian dictator, played hockey with him. in the Council of the International Ice Hockey Federation</b>.</p>
<p><b>Magomed Kadyrov</b> – Ramzan Kadyrov's uncle, the so-called deputy minister of agriculture in Chechnya, organizer of weightlifting tournaments.</p>

<p><b>Marianna Naumova</b>– Russian powerlifting champion, Putin fan. Traveled to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as a “war correspondent” after completing courses at the so-called “Wagner” PPK. </p>
<p>As a teenager, having received the unofficial title of “the strongest girl on the planet”, Naumova used her popularity to promote Russia abroad, in particular, during trips to the DPRK, Germany and Moldova. Kremlin propaganda labeled such activities as conditional “children's diplomacy”. </p>
<p><b>Dmitry Smith</b>– co-founder and president of the Russian Computer Sports Federation (RCS), organizer and chief judge of the World Cyber ​​Games eSports tournament. Under Smit's leadership, the RCS has put forward an initiative to create special military companies for eSports athletes who will be able to join the Russian Armed Forces as drone operators and other technological combat systems. </p>
<p>Smit is responsible for the RCS's interaction with Russian authorities and simultaneously represents Russia in the International eSports Federation (IESF).</p>
<p>The GUR emphasized that cyber athletes are the basis for staffing operators of unmanned and other complex weapons systems, recruiting cyber terrorists who, under the control of Russian special services, carry out cyber attacks against Ukraine and other countries of the world.</p>
<p>Along with Smith, cyber athletes Yaroslav Kuznetsov, Ivan Moskalenko and FKS functionary Emin Antonyan, who is associated with the Russian sanctioned oligarch Alisher Usmanov, are also involved in supporting the criminal war against Ukraine started by Russia. Usmanov himself has already returned to the presidency of the International Fencing Federation. </p>
<p>“The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine once again call for the removal of Russian athletes from international competitions, including under a neutral flag, as well as the exclusion of Russians from international sports organizations and the cessation of any cooperation with them,” the Main Intelligence Directorate emphasized.</p>
