This situation has arisen due to a critical shortage of personnel.
There are big problems in most of the so-called boarding houses for the elderly in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.
In particular, these institutions have inhumane conditions, rudeness and a shortage of vital medical drugs.
At the same time, collaborators completely passported elderly people in such “boarding houses” with Russian “documents”. Moreover, in most cases, people did not even understand what documents they were filling out and signing.

“Recently, in annexed Crimea, a 73-year-old woman died in a boarding house for the elderly only because the collaborator-manager of the institution decided to exchange the necessary drugs for those that were simply on hand,” the Center for National Resistance reported.
This situation arose due to a critical shortage of personnel, since since the beginning of the Russian occupation, most doctors refused to cooperate with the enemy.
