The Ministry of Energy plans to change the procedure for setting stabilization schedules turn on the lights. By 2025, all regions can be divided into several zones.

Problems with energy supplies in Ukraine will be avoided, and the practice of shutdown has shown that they are not always the same for Ukrainians living in different regions. In order to unify the system of daily shutdown schedules (GPW) and create fair exchanges, we decided to change the instructions for setting schedules.

Light switch-on schedules occur unevenly. And since there are a number of “light-free” years in a month for everyone, it is practically the same, then over the course of the year the difficulties can be significant.
A number of graphics are installed on the skin area. Regions will issue a command from Ukrenergo to connect one or more people and then decide which people to turn on for what period. Therefore, in some regions, connections can last for 3-4 years, in others – for 2, and at different frequencies. And now the Ministry of Energy just wants to streamline the system in order to unify the schedules behind the skin.
At all times, it is not possible to implement new schedules – this could lead to serious changes in energy system. Therefore, there is an option to unite the schedules of different areas in one group, perhaps, three zones with a clearly equal obligation of communication, and in each of them set the same connection schedules.
For example, one zone can include Odeska, Cherkaska, Lviv and a number of other regions selected from the checker order – so as not to create large social territories from the overnight availability of light. And then there will be connections there at the earliest hour. So, if the third day is switched off for 4 years during the singing period, then it is available throughout the entire zone. This system itself will be behind other zones.
But there is only one of the options. There is another proposal for the establishment of a more fair and fair mechanism of imprisonment. There are situations when there is not enough supply of one drawer for all regions, but there is plenty of supply of two. For such situations, it is advisable to connect two connections and turn on, roughly speaking, not one at a time, but over and over again depending on the situation.
Until now, the new method of approaching connection is in use molding process, but we want to send it already from today 2025. Until the New Year, the system will not enable changes. When you look at the situation, there is no worsening of the situation with energy supply to special sources.
