The head of state said that the war cannot be ended “with just a letter and with many signatures, and the adoption of wars without guarantees may cause flare-ups again at some point, as Putin has already given in.”
“To guarantee that there will be no more wastage of Ukrainians and Ukrainians, we need to guarantee hope in the world and not close your eyes to the occupation,” the president said.
