A tender was held for the construction of the first stage of the road to the airfield in Zhulyany.
According to the documentation on the Prozorro system website, the winner of the tender became the Mostador Group consortium, and the cost of construction of the first stage will be 1.47 billion hryvnia. For this money, by July 2026, the contractor must build 2.8 kilometers of the road from Valery Lobanovsky Avenue to the airport in the Solomensky district of the capital. At the same time, the project does not include coverage of inflation risks.
During the tender, a cheaper offer from the Ukratomenergostroy company was rejected. As the customers explained, due to the fact that the archives with estimates from the contractor “were damaged and could not be opened.” The company offered to build the road for 1.36 billion hryvnia.
