These funds can be spent on furnishings and repairs to the internal movement of the individual. In this case, the demand for funds for the program will be at least 20-25 billion hryvnias per river.
RBC-Ukraine reports about this by sending a comment to the head of the Verkhovna Rada committee for the nutrition of the organization of the state power, local self-development, regional development and local development of Olenya Shulyak.
Behind these words, in addition to the 4 billion hryvnias that were allocated for the Renewal program from the state budget for 2025, there appears to be another 15 billion hryvnias. Otherwise, you can get rid of the money because you have wasted your life.
“Today, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, at a meeting of the Congress of local and regional authorities, voted on additional funding for the “Eddition” program in the amount of 15 billion hryvnias. This means that “Already 10,000 households – and at least 30,000 Ukrainians – are providing the necessary support for the renewal of the vital life,” Shulyak said.
Vona added that since the start of the program in 2023, the total amount of payments to the plant at the current warehouse is 16.5 billion UAH. In this case, the average consumer demand for the program amounts to 20-25 billion hryvnia per river. In addition, the program should be expanded for people who live in the time-occupied territories – technically, the program is ready for that.
Thus, parliament and government have begun to explore the possibility of financing the program. Zokrema, Bank for Development for the Sake of Europe, which took part in the financial “Renewal” of this fate and saw 100 million euros, confirming its participation in the program for the coming river.
Crime, added parliamentarian, funds for the program can be obtained from the transfer to Ukraine of profits from the frozen assets of Russians behind the border.

Half of them can be used for defense purposes, the other half – for the renovation of Ukraine. And the fragments of the “Evidence” program are an unknown part of the future of Ukraine, it is entirely logical that part of these funds can be seen under the consumption of the programs,” said Shulyak.
Vona also added that the possibility of receiving payments before payments is being considered, which Ukraine is eligible for within the framework of the implementation of the Ukraine Facility program. There is funding in the amount of 50 billion euros, which must be allocated to Ukraine until 2027.
