A civilian car was attacked with a drone again in Kherson, there is a dead and injured person.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
“Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the statement reads.
According to the investigation, the Russian army attacked a civilian car with a drone in the Korabelny district of Kherson. During the day, they fired at the Kherson region. As a result, one person was killed and three more were injured.
