The demobilization bill is already practically ready. However, it is impossible to implement such an initiative until reserves are prepared.
RBC-Ukraine informs about this after sending a statement to the first intercessor of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Gavrilyuk on years to be submitted to order.
“The draft law is practically dismantled and is ready for release and transmission to the Verkhovna Rada through the Cabinet of Ministers. However, we are not yet preparing a reserve of military servicemen for replacement those who are fighting immediately on the battle line, so it is practically impossible to work (demobilization – ed.), “said Gavrilyuk.
Vin explained that demobilization without preparing reserves “will lead to waste powers.”
Bill on demobilization
It seems likely that the possibility of demobilization for the military, who have been seizing the country from the Russian occupiers for quite some time, wanted to transfer within the framework of the bill on mobilization.
