In Ukraine, they may be forced to stand up for violating the curfew Godini. The Cabinet of Ministers introduced the latest bill to the Verkhovna Rada.
RBC-Ukraine reports this in a letter sent to the permanent representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, in Telegram.
For him words, The Cabinet of Ministers introduced draft law No. 12354, which proposes to enforce liability for violation of the special legal regime – the military state.
Melnychuk clarified that the document submits an additional amendment to the Code of Ukraine about administrative law enforcement (KUPAP) new statute 210-2. In this way, for the destruction of military power, administrative responsibility can be introduced. We are talking about administrative responsibility for:
- damage to the exit (entrance), disruption in settlements where illegal compulsory evacuation is carried out, for special types of crossings or news;
- the destruction by the people of the curfew.
Also, before the KUPAP, we want to make changes to give the right to police officers to carry out administrative duties before violators.

Increased responsibility for violating the curfew
It seems likely that RBC-Ukraine employees informed about the Cabinet's plans to increase responsibility for violating the curfew another 20 breasts.
Zokrema, the order wants to set a fine for violating the curfew in the amount of 850-1700 hryvnia.
In case of violating the rules of evacuation, they wanted to set the fine at 510-850 hryvnia.
