The State Rear Operator (DOT) has developed and implemented the DOT-Chain system, which has proven itself well in food supplies. Next year, this system will help speed up the appearance of the necessary equipment for the military.
This was reported by the DOT press service.
In particular, thanks to DOT-Chain:
- The food supply cycle was reduced by 4 times;
- The amount of paperwork for the military was reduced by more than 30 thousand documents per week;
- Thanks to DOT-Chain, about 75 thousand applications and about 450 thousand invoices were processed;
- 647 million kilograms of food were delivered;
- The system currently has over 10 suppliers and 2,000 users;
- A stable reduction in the processing cycle for all documents: from 45-60 days at the start of the launch to 14 days in November;
- A transparent environment for interaction between military units, suppliers and DOTs has been created;< /li>
- Launched functionality for online submission of complaints about the quality of products by food supply managers;
- Confirmed compliance with the security level of the KSZI.
In addition, DOT is in the final stages of obtaining the international certificate for information security ISO/IEC 27001.
Also this year in DOT:
- Implemented systems for accounting and personnel records, electronic document management, task management and a set of Microsoft products, on the basis of which DOT is now developing its own ERP system.
- Development and implementation of infrastructure, in particular its own and for DSK;
- Built an information security management system;
- Implemented the ICS MOU SAP.
The launch of the DOT-Chain Defense module is planned for next year, which will allow collecting needs directly from combat units for UAVs, electronic warfare and reconnaissance equipment, ground robotic systems and ground control stations.
In addition, DOT wants to add an electronic layout menu and implement accounting and reporting at the level of military units, and in January, the ability for military personnel to submit online complaints about the timing and quality of supplies will be added to DOT-Chain.
DOT is going to attract “white hackers” to search for potential vulnerabilities in the system, implement two-factor authentication for all users in the DOT-Chain system and continue the digitalization of internal processes in DOT through the development of ERP systems.
