Relatives of missing Russian soldiers have called the hotline for the “I Want to Live” project. Therefore, Ukraine decided to create the “I Want to Find” project.
This was reported by the head of the Secretariat of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, Bohdan Okhrimenko.
“Today we can state that the number of missing persons for whom we have received inquiries is more than 50,000 Russians. And these are only those who are not afraid to contact us,” Okhrimenko said.
He recalled that recently at a closed meeting of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the number of missing Russians was made public – 48 thousand. .
