Georgia began to deport foreigners who took part in illegal crimes protest actions. They were accused of administrative offenses.

As the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia says, leaf fall 2024 91 foreigners were forced to leave the country. About a quarter of them are participants in the protest, who stand for the European integration of Georgia.
“Amongst the fact that the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has launched recognition procedures, and foreign communities, who took part in the actions that took place in Tbilisi at the leaf fall and which court found various administrative punishments, – in the amount of 25 people,” – according to the acquaintance.
Out of these 25 osib already 10 Foreigners left Georgia. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia does not specify the number of these people.
According to the estimates of large organizations and ZMI, out of 450 people involved in the protest, there were over 20 foreigners, most of them Russians.
Protest in Georgia
Guess what, parliamentary elections were held in Georgia in late 2024. According to the data of the Central Election Commission of Georgia, the pro-Russian party “Georgian Dream” prevailed, which holds power over 10 rocks. The opposition was willing to know the results of the elections.
At this point, the Conservative Party of Georgia announced that it was slowing down the country’s integration into the EU. This gave rise to a flurry of protests.
Also on the 14th, the election board elected a huge football player with anti-backward views, Mikhail Kavelashvili, to be elected President of Georgia. On the 29th, he took the oath of office, and fifth President Salome Zurabishvili left the presidential palace.
