There are currently over 10,000 vacancies in various military formations at recruiting centers across the country.

Over the past week, 717 Ukrainians have applied to the recruitment centers of the Ukrainian army with questions about joining the military service.
According to the Ministry of Defense, since the beginning of the centers' work, a total of 32,736 people have received consultations there. Of these, 7,329 people have become candidates for the Defense Forces as of January 2025.
“Despite the New Year holidays, citizens actively visited recruitment centers to learn more about the conditions for joining the military service. Currently, more than 10 thousand vacancies in various military formations are open in recruitment centers across the country. This gives everyone who wants to join the Defense Forces the opportunity to choose a specialty that best suits their professional abilities and skills,” said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Brigadier General of Justice Serhiy Melnyk.
Currently, 47 recruitment centers of the Ukrainian army are already operating in Ukraine. During the year, the highest activity was demonstrated by residents of the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, Zaporizhia regions and Kyiv.
The Ministry of Defense reminds that the recruitment centers of the Ukrainian army do not issue summonses, and all consultations are provided in compliance with the conditions of confidentiality.
