Judging by the photographs posted by the official, the meeting to formalize cooperation with the Bulgarian Ministry of Education took place via video link.
The government departments agreed to assist each other in matters of academic mobility, advanced training and teacher exchange, support for students from national minorities to ensure their right to study their native language in secondary education institutions, and cooperation in higher education within the framework of European Union programs. .
Oksen Lesnoy invited his Bulgarian colleague Galin Tsokov to come to Kyiv and see how Ukrainian educational institutions function during a full-scale war.
