Less than a third of the planned amount was spent on upgrading the rich apartment buildings in Kiev Koshtiv.
RBC-Ukraine reports about this from a message sent to the head committee of the Verkhovna Rada for the nutrition of the organization of sovereign power, local self-government, regional development and locality, hospital party “Servant of the People” Deer Shulyak, relying on the data of the KMDA, given to the portal of Kiev Vlad.

All this literally “preserves” the problem and speeds up its fate.
In these words, even though the front-line regions are in ruins due to the number of shellings, Kiev is continuing a full-scale war and is also aware of constant attacks – missiles and drones. According to the information of the KMDA, from February 24, 2022 to the end of the first quarter of 2024, 1,726 objects were damaged in Kiev, of which 920 were apartment buildings, and 4 of them Renewal is not delayed. For 10 months of 2024, due for renovation More than 68.86 million UAH of apartment buildings were purchased, which is approximately 28% of mortgages in 2024 of 245.33 million UAH. In 2022, the turnover was 406.23 million UAH, in 2023 – 197.82 million UAH.
In my opinion, Shulyak means that, in spite of the fact that there is no harm, there is a cost for the future marriage. And those sums, which are still visible from the local and state budgets, are too much vikory. Corruption warehouses also add to problems – they reveal criminal activities due to the dubious wastage of money while updating the damaged buildings and transport infrastructure, supported by the activities of the CP “Kievekspertiza” and CP “Zhytloinvestbud-UKB”.
“In summary, the increased pace of development, in essence, “preserves” the problem for fate. The renewal of Ukraine is not without a large-scale cry, but also the possibility of re-inventing the economy and spheres of government. Vision and “Efficiency here may be the basis. Without systemic corruption, the creation of an effective mechanism for controlling costs will result in the risk of bureaucratic officials without clear results for people,” said Shulyak.
The parliamentarian added that Kiev, although not at the forefront, still bears no less significant costs in the face of hostile attacks. Therefore, obviously, clear decisions will be required, promoting mutual relations between the authorities, the Fahivs and the community. Just like that, Shulyak has been re-constructed, we can guarantee that turning the mallet to a normal life will be faster, and the resources will be used with maximum efficiency.
We guess, based on the results of the study conducted by the sociological group “Rating” on the report of the International Republican Institute (IRI), up to five places, people who praise the effectiveness of the measure or its binding, include Kharkiv, Khmelnitsky, Chernihiv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Vinnytsia.
