Ukrainian troops hit the Rosneft oil base. Voronezh
Ukrainian soldiers attacked the Liskinska oil depot in Voronezh.
“On the night of 16 September 2025, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other warehouses of the Defense Forces, successfully attacked the Liskinska oil base, which Voronezk region of the Russian Federation”, – available from the authorized General Staff.
The Special Operations Forces clarified that they hit the Rosneft base near the village of Liski bil Voronezh.
