The DBR has discovered a scheme for illegal exit from Ukraine, organized by a people's deputy. He transported his acquaintances beyond the cordon under the guise of “drivers”.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine through communications to the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation.
Following the investigative data, starting from the beginning of 2022 Rock, the people's deputy, in his own name, issued a letter to the State Cordon Service of Ukraine about granting permission for people to leave under the guise of drivers who would not escort him beyond the cordon.
Law enforcement officers recorded 23 incidents when, on the basis of the people's deputy's papers, 18 conscripts crossed the cordon without anyone, and even at that hour the people's deputy, either having already been behind the cordon or not having seen the edge, burst into flames.
For such “trips” the participant needs up to 5 waters per hour. Three of these “drivers” did not return to Ukraine.
The People's Deputy was accused of organizing the illegal transfer of persons through the state cordon from the local service station and from the service subdivision (Part 2 of Article 332, Part. 1 Art. 366 CCU).
Yoma is threatened by the reduction of will for lines up to seven rocks. The deputy was also presented with a complaint about the obstruction of an unsafe entry in the vicinity of Trimannia under the Vartoy, which will be filed in court.
