Previously, there was a rule that any Ukrainians in the military service who arrived at the TCC to clarify personal data (in accordance with the law on mobilization – residential addresses, telephone number, email) were not sent to medical examination automatically. And even more so when the agenda is removed.
Now such military conscripts can be sent for medical examination to records in the Unified State Register of conscripts, military conscripts and reservists “Oberig”, since there is no effective decision of the military-medical commission about the level of affiliation before service (and/or other bases for promotion).
Also, for a medical examination, referrals may be made to those who have independently identified such eggplant.
It is significant that in the larger world there is no problem with the status of “bounded adjectives”. This is in accordance with the law on mobility, this status is limited and until the 4th of 2025 the requirement to pass a commission in order to reject a new one – either “non-attachable” or “attachable” from low specification.
Today, nearly a million “exchanged appendages” have not yet passed the commission and it is unlikely to understand the term in the introduction. Therefore, as it became known to RBC-Ukraine, a bill is being prepared that will extend it until the 5th of June 2025.
Reserves and military military units, which were designated for the acquisition of military units with delivery of mobilization orders are called upon for the results of previously completed medical surveys. Because they don’t care about health, they don’t pay attention to the stench.

How to process electronic referrals through “Reserve+”
The new rules state that submissions to the Military Medical Commission can be submitted electronically through the register of military diseases “Oberig”.

Also electronic the direction is extended to the office of the conscript, military conscript or a reservist. Significantly, the electronic account is implemented through the mobile app “Reserve+”.
As it was clarified in the Ministry of Defense, this means that it is no longer obligatory to go to the TCC and stand in the corner for paper directions to the commission. And after submitting an application through “Reserve+”, you need to check the notification with the required information on your smartphone and arrive before the designated medical deposit.
Such a direction is important to be withdrawn from the day of sending to electronic account.
However, at the first stage of referral through “Reserve+”, you can generate medical records if you yourself want to undergo inspection for identification. The function will now become available to those who have deleted the paper agenda. In this case, you will not need to arrive at the TCC in advance, and the summons will be required.
The service of electronic referrals through “Reserve+” will be requested from 31 June 2025. Beta testing of the service has begun for days.

In the near future, the reform of the military-medical commissions will include the integration of information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health. One of the points conveys that military conscripts who want to serve in a special military unit can refuse to be sent to the military-medical commission not only in the TCC, but in the middle as the commander of a military unit or the head of the recruiting center.
