As Reuters writes, the head of state warned during an interview at the Elysee Palace that “capitulation hidden behind peace will be bad news for everyone, including the United States.” Trump is for “creating a window of opportunity” where “everyone must play their part.” The French President believes that the issue of territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine can be discussed exclusively by Zelensky, and European leaders should participate in defining guarantees for our state and the overall security architecture on the continent.
