On February 13, Russia launched 140 unmanned aircraft against Ukraine Shahed-type UAVs and simulator drones. The drones attacked from five directions.
RBC-Ukraine reports this via a message sent to the Telegram channel of the Insurgent Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (ZSU).
The enemy launched drones directly from the Russian cities of Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
Before the attack occurred:
- aviation;
- anti-aircraft missile forces;
- pidrozdili REB;
- mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
Rank 9 confirmed the shooting down of 85 drones of the Shahed type and drones of other types near Kharkivska, Sumska, Cherkaska, Poltava, Chernigovska, Kirovograd and low in other regions.
Another 52 simulator drones were located without negative consequences.
The Odessa and Kharkiv regions suffered as a result of the attack.
Shelling of Ukraine from the side of Russia
Since the beginning of the large-scale invasion, Russia has regularly launched missile, air and artillery strikes on the territory of Ukraine. Direct attacks both on military targets and on civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, hospitals, schools and energy enterprises.
For attacks, Russia uses a wide range armored: ballistic and missile missiles, Iranian kamikaze Shahed drones, artillery and aviation.
For example, on February 12, Russian terrorists fired ballistic missiles and missiles into Ukraine 123 drones. The PPO forces also shot down six missiles and 71 drones.
