The main factors affecting the spread of this disease are experts, the aging of the population, genetic predisposition, improvement of diagnostic methods and changes in lifestyle.
scientists emphasize that it is possible to prevent the development of the disease through a healthy lifestyle. Compliance with balanced nutrition, healthy weight maintenance and regular physical activity can reduce the risk of pathology by 25 percent. In addition, early diagnosis plays an important role in the fight against the disease, which allows to detect oncology in the initial stages, when treatment is most effective. Regular preventive examinations and investments in modern treatment can significantly change the negative trend.
Today, breast cancer remains the most common cancer among women. In 2023, more than 12,000 new cases of this pathology were recorded in Ukraine. The Ministry of Health calls for women to undergo regular medical examinations, as timely detection of the disease significantly improves the chances of successful treatment.
