After the temporary suspension of military aid from the United States, Ukraine may face serious problems in the coming months. As IZ reports with reference to Channel 24, Russia may take advantage of this situation by accumulating missiles for new strikes. According to Army General Mykola Malomuzha, the stockpile of weapons in Ukraine allows it to maintain defense only for a short time, and without new supplies, the situation may quickly deteriorate.
In particular, the US does not plan to continue supplying air defense systems, ballistic missiles and long-range rocket artillery. This could significantly weaken Ukraine's defense capabilities against possible attacks from Russia. Ukraine will also be left without armor-piercing systems and high-tech radar systems, which play an important role in protecting against drones and missile strikes.
At the same time, the Center for Countering Disinformation emphasizes that the pause in military aid is a tool of information pressure. Despite this, negotiations with European countries are ongoing, and there is hope for partial compensation for weapons. Malomuzh also does not rule out the possibility of the restoration of American support in the near future.
