LeBron James becomes first NBA player to score 50,000 points

LeBron James made NBA history as the first player to score 50,000 career points. As reported by IZ with reference to the NBA press service, this happened in the Los Angeles Lakers match against the New Orleans Pelicans, where the Lakers won with a score of 136:115. James scored 34 points, made 8 rebounds and gave 6 assists. Thanks to this victory, the team rose to second place in the Western Conference.

LeBron's unique achievement came in the fourth minute of the first quarter. Star rookie Luka Doncic passed the ball, after which James successfully completed a long-range shot. Thus, LeBron not only scored 50,000 points in his career, but also extended his streak with double-digit scoring to 1,278 games. This is another absolute record in his collection of achievements.

With the victory over the Pelicans, the Lakers strengthened their position in the standings. The team will next play against the New York Knicks on March 7. LeBron James continues to impress with his form and performance, setting records that seemed unattainable for other NBA players. The season continues, and fans are eagerly awaiting new records from the King.
