The Ministry of Economy explained the delay in payments to Natskeshbek

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has announced a delay in the National Cashback payments for December and January. As IZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the funds are currently being processed and will be credited in the near future. In total, 3.4 million Ukrainians are to receive 714 million hryvnias in full, and the exact date of crediting will be announced on the program's website.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the delay is due to operational processes that take a little longer than expected. However, the government has already allocated the necessary funds for payments, so Ukrainians can expect to receive cashback without cuts. Payments are usually made on the 20th of the month, so many citizens are eagerly awaiting the accrual of funds.

The ministry emphasized that cashback is an important financial support for a significant number of Ukrainians. Therefore, the enrollment process is being accelerated in order to ensure payments as soon as possible. The exact date will be published on the official website of the program, where citizens will be able to find out up-to-date information about their funds.
