Ukrainian company DroneUA has officially started supplying robotics to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States. As IZ reports with reference to Militaryni, the first test batch of equipment has already left for the state of Virginia for tests that should determine the optimal areas of application of Ukrainian technologies. This is an important step for the domestic engineering industry, confirming its competitiveness at the global level.
The initiator of the cooperation was NASA, which highly appreciated the effectiveness and innovative potential of Ukrainian developments. DroneUA emphasizes that this contract opens up new opportunities for the economic strengthening of Ukraine and the expansion of its export potential. At the same time, it contributes to strengthening the presence of domestic technologies on world markets and forming a positive image of the country in the field of high technologies.
In February of this year, DroneUA registered its trademark in the US, which is an important stage in entering the American market. Although the company does not disclose details about the specific solutions that interested NASA, it is known that cooperation could be the beginning of a systemic partnership. At the same time, Ukrainian ICEYE satellites continue to perform their tasks in the interests of the country, proving the effectiveness of domestic space technologies.
