The Government of Ukraine has approved new application forms and updated the list of documents for receiving payments by families of deceased volunteers and volunteers with disabilities. Now the Ministry of Veterans will independently make payments, which will avoid the need for additional applications. You can submit an application through the Central Assistance Center regardless of the place of registration, as well as by mail or e-mail, writes IZ.
Previously, the process of receiving a lump sum payment required two applications: first to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs for a decision, and then to the structural unit for direct receipt of funds. Thanks to the innovations, applicants will be able to immediately indicate a bank account in the application, which will significantly simplify and speed up payments.
The new rules are aimed at reducing the bureaucratic burden and ensuring quick receipt of payments. Now, families of deceased volunteers and volunteers with disabilities themselves will be able to apply for assistance without unnecessary difficulties. The Ministry of Veterans Affairs is simplifying the procedure, making it more accessible and convenient for citizens.
