The Court of Appeals ordered the renewal of thousands of government services at lower US ministries

A district court in the state of California ordered six American departments to renew thousands of recently installed emergency medical devices. They spent money through President Donald Trump's campaign to cut federal jobs.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine via Reuters.

The decision praised US District Judge William Alsup during the hearing in San Francisco. This decision is of concern to the practitioners who are on probationary terms in the US Department of Defense, the Ministry of Right Veterans, the Ministry of the Rural State, the Department of Energy, Ministries of Internal Affairs and Ministries of Finance.

It found that the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the human resources department of federal agencies, unlawfully ordered these agencies to lay off workers en masse, even though no one had a more important job.

“It’s a bad day if our department hires a good worker and it seems that what was spent on the results of the work, if they know well what’s nonsense,” Alsup said, referring to the appointment of the former US President Bill Clinton.

In the meantime, it was heard that the departments could carry out mass collections, but in this case the stench could be reached by the low legislators.

Practitioners in the trial period, as a rule, have less than one fate to work in their positions, although some of them are federal servicemen with extensive experience. They have fewer job guarantees than other government employees, but, as a rule, they may be released for failure to comply with their obligations.

Alsup ordered the departments to rehire workers from the remaining years until the completion of the trial for the employment of professional workers, non-profit groups and the state of Washington.

The judge did not punish the new police officers by calling 16 other departments, but rather said that it was a mistake to make a written decision on how to expand the resolution on Thursday, the 13th of February.

Among the positive people is the American Federation of State Servicemen, which represents the interests of 800 thousand federal workers. The president of the trade union, Everett Kelly, in his statement called the decision an important challenge to “the administration, which will not force federal institutions to do their job in the interests of the American community.”

Trump and the Justice Department are in trouble

Recently, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt said in her statement that the judge is unable to praise this decision again and that the administration “will definitely give in.”

“The president can't take control of the entire court system – single-district judges can't take control of the entire judicial system to overturn the president's day,” Levitt said.

On Thursday, the Department of Justice announced its intention to appeal Alsup’s decision to the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals.

Alsup's ruling was the biggest blow to the efforts of Trump and his leader, Elon Musk, to radically shorten the federal bureaucracy. Until Thursday, the government may submit plans for another round of mass layoffs and cuts in their budgets.

Trump reform and the shortening of US government officials

The administration of US President Donald Trump began a reform of the reduction of budget expenditures, within the framework of which the number of federal employees increased.

The US Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) under the supervision of billionaire Elon Musk is dealing with the matter.

A lot of federal servicemen were refused by email with a proposal to get paid their salaries in the spring. Last year, there were thousands of healthcare workers who were on probation with federal agencies, including the Ministry of Health.

In addition, the volunteers of the Ministry of Health received benefits with a one-time payment of 25 thousand dollars.

DOGE recently announced to government officials about the results of its work over the past year. They threatened the prisoners for ignoring them.
