Austria sees Ukraine 7 million euros for the exchange and delivery of grain

Austria sees Ukraine 5 million euros for the disintegration of agricultural land and 2 million euros for the delivery of grain under the Grain from Ukraine program.

This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Countries of Austria, Beate Meinl-Reisinger, on the hour of her visit to Kiev, RBC-Ukraine reports in a letter to Die Presse.

Behind these words, Austria sees 5 million euros for additional assistance in the dismantling of rural areas and 2 million euros for the delivery of Ukrainian grain to the edges of Nizhny Novgorod, as they require it.

“For Meinl-Reisinger, a trip to Kiev is the first important trip beyond the cordon in her new suburb, a remnant of Brussels, which she saw last year, but for her it’s really not a trip to another country,” writes Vidannya

Immediately after arriving in Kiev, the head of the Ministry of Health of Austria together with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga laid tributes to the memorial wall of the lost Ukrainian military.

The program includes a visit from Meinl-Reisinger – a meeting with the Ukrainian kerivnitstvo, Zokrema, and Prime Minister Denis Shmigal.

Help for Ukraine from Austria

Warto note that Austria has condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine, rather than transferring military aid to Kiev through its neutrality. In this case, the region actively helps in the humanitarian sphere.

Zokrema, near the end of 2024, Austria planned to create a special fund of 500 million euros to encourage exports and investments in Ukraine.
