According to the words of the French leader, today, February 14, he held negotiations with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the Prime Minister of Britain Keir Starmer. They discussed the progress that Ukraine and the United States have achieved at the meeting in Jeddah.
“Now Russia must accept the proposal of the United States and Ukraine about a 30-day suppression of fire. Russian aggression in Ukraine may be suppressed. Atrocities may be suppressed. And the same tactics of prolongation,” Macron said.
Having added that tomorrow the work of the valuable support of Ukraine and the protection of the world’s goods and treasures will continue. For which a videoconference will be organized, which will share the fate of Zelensky and Starmer.
The idea of a truce
Apparently, the American delegation at the meeting in Saudi Arabia advocated the Ukrainian establishment of a truce with Russia for 30 days. Ukraine has enjoyed a good year.
