The EU has proposed creating a fund to provide military assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 20 to 40 billion euros. The Fund operates on the basis of voluntary participation in order to eliminate the veto from the side of the Ugor region.

In the remaining version of the proposal, it is said that the countries are “recommended to provide military support to Ukraine in 2025 in the amount of at least 20 billion euros and potentially increase it to 40 billion euros are due to the needs of Ukraine.”
As soon as possible, the leaders may agree to allocate 5 billion euros for the purchase of 2 million units of large-caliber artillery ammunition by 2025.
New scheme
