1. Porridge with chia and berries

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml of plant-based or cow's milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla punch
  • 100 g berries (currants, raspberries, blueberries)

Preparation:

  1. Pour chia with milk, add honey and vanilla.
  2. Leave for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Transfer to a glass and add berries.

2. Avocado toast with egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of whole grain bread
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • A few drops of lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Toast the bread in a toaster or frying pan.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork, add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Poach or fry an egg.
  4. Spread avocado on toast, place egg on top.

3. Cheesecakes with oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, flour, honey and cinnamon.
  2. Form small cheesecakes.
  3. Fry in a pan with a minimum of oil or bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

4. Omelette with vegetables and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 50 g spinach
  • 30 g hard cheese
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  2. Add chopped peppers, spinach and grated cheese.
  3. Fry in a pan with olive oil until cooked.

5. Banana and Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 200 ml of milk or yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • A few nuts or seeds for serving

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Decorate with nuts or seeds.
  3. Serve immediately after cooking.
