1. Porridge with chia and berries
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 200 ml of plant-based or cow's milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Vanilla punch
- 100 g berries (currants, raspberries, blueberries)
Preparation:
- Pour chia with milk, add honey and vanilla.
- Leave for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to a glass and add berries.
2. Avocado toast with egg
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of whole grain bread
- ½ avocado
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper to taste
- A few drops of lemon juice
Preparation:
- Toast the bread in a toaster or frying pan.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Poach or fry an egg.
- Spread avocado on toast, place egg on top.
3. Cheesecakes with oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 200 g of cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Mix cottage cheese, egg, flour, honey and cinnamon.
- Form small cheesecakes.
- Fry in a pan with a minimum of oil or bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Omelette with vegetables and cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml of milk
- ½ bell pepper
- 50 g spinach
- 30 g hard cheese
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
- Add chopped peppers, spinach and grated cheese.
- Fry in a pan with olive oil until cooked.
5. Banana and Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. oatmeal
- 200 ml of milk or yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- A few nuts or seeds for serving
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Decorate with nuts or seeds.
- Serve immediately after cooking.
