Ronaldo could return to Real Madrid for the Club World Cup

Legendary Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo may return to Real Madrid to participate in the Club World Cup. According to the Spanish publication El Gol Digital, the Portuguese plans to hold his “last show” as part of the royal club, although this news has not yet been officially confirmed. If this happens, Ronaldo will again play in the team, where Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin already plays, writes IZ.

Ronaldo, who played 438 games for Real Madrid, scoring 450 goals and making 131 assists, currently plays for Saudi Arabia's Al-Nasr. He has made 97 appearances for the team, scoring 86 goals and providing 19 assists. The current season has also been productive for the striker – 33 games, 28 goals and 4 assists.

This could be a major event for football fans around the world, as the Club World Cup will attract a significant audience, and the opportunity to see Ronaldo on the field with Lunin will add even more intrigue to the event.
